Answer by severus I researched anxiety symptoms. They include just about everything you could imagine or attribute to anxiety. For your stomach, eat a bland diet. Take Digestive Enzymes. You can find them at the pharmacy. Otherwise, go to the Puritan’s Pride website and order them. That will help your digestion. Get your stomach settled. Your breasts might be sore from taking hormones or getting your period, but, otherwise, if you have a good bra, should not hurt. Pains in hips and legs could be due to tension, poor mattress, bad shoes. Do some good exercises. Denise Austin has a good book on Pilate’s that covers all these types of pains. There shouldn’t be pain in the pubis area. See your gynecologist. Do deep breathing exercises. You can find information on the Internet. Otherwise, try to find a hobby that will distract you. If Ibuprofen doesn’t alleviate the pain, and if the gyn. cannot find anything wrong, there is an off chance it is Fibromyalgia, but I doubt. How you wish to pursue is dependent on the extent of the symptoms. As far as it being anxiety, it just doesn’t sound like it. You won’t like more medication, as the RX will make you tired and less able to function.

Question by smallbluejellybean: I injured my shoulder. It is better but I still get pain up my neck into my head if I twist around. What is it
No brusing just a horrible stiffness of pain up my neck. I was gardening with my son and he accidently dropped a hanging plant on me and I caught it. Most of the pain is out of my shoulder but my neck is agony. It runs up my neck into my head like a headache. Any suggestions on how to ease the pain. I have tried several pain killers without success. Tylelol, codiene, iobrofin.
Forgot to add sorry:

Question by Green Scissors: Severe neck pain when I lean or turn my head to the right?
I was turning my head to the left and right to get the cricks out like I always do, but this time it resulted in severe pain whenever I turn or lean my head to the right. I can turn my head to the right almost all the way without pain, but when I lean it even a fraction of an inch and it hurts like hell. I’ve tried a heating pad, and stretching my back, but nothing is helping. Any suggestions other than a doctor?

Answer by LANEY Not sure what kind of exercise you have been doing…running?…lifting?…aerobic?…
I can tell you that when exercising you tend to tense up, and that causes strain on your neck. When your neck is strained it is usually followed up by a headache.
I would go see a chiropractor to see if there are any stretches that you can do or maybe there is something more serious going on. I have a herniated disc in my neck….and usually when I do certain forms of exercise, I experience those exact symptoms…but mine last for a week. If I run on trails or do ‘burpees’ (squat thrusts) I usually have bad neck pain after wards. It is from all of the bouncing around and jerky motions.
So just get it checked out…to be on the safe side.

Question by Sean Lovell: What is causing my head/ neck pain and headache?
I went to the doctor about a couple weeks ago because I had burning chest pain, post-nasal drip and a sore throat. He prescribed me with z-pack and the symptoms went away, a week later my symptoms started coming back and then most of the symptoms went away except my post-nasal drip. Now I have had a headache for a couple days and my head aches to the touch in certain spots and so does my neck. Anyone have any idea what I could have?

Answer by Biggle Piggle Well my head is hurting like a throbbing gun… maybe you are coming down with flu since you have chest pain. Or it could be something else, don’t know what though.
