Question by : Severe vertigo, light headed, bad neck pain and headache in my temples?
I also have a cold and cough am on 3 types of tablets taking pandole regularly and cannot seem to shake this. Any suggestions? Vertigo literally knocks me to the fall on the verge of passing out. i find laying down makes it worse.

first if your vertigo is this bad you should go see a doctor, maybe even emergency care. and try taking something along the lines of zicam (zinc cold therapy) and Ester C (vitamin C immune booster) to help your body fight ff the cold those two paired with nyquil when i was going to sleep always worked well
