Question by LB: Worst Headache and Pain in Neck?
About an hour ago I got a headache and it is only on one side of my head, and above my eyes. It goes down into my neck and shoulder too. It is scaring me because the pain is constant not one that I can “rub” away. I have almost threw up several times with this. Does anyone know what this could be? I have never had a headache like this.
I also have a very sore spot on the middle of my spine in my neck.

sounds like u have a migrane w/ tension…. i use to get them but try to watch what is going on in my life & my eating habits.

lay down, in a place of darkness w/ no noise & cold compress across u’r eyes… u could even put a cold washcloth/compress on u’r neck as well.

try Excedrin Migrane…
