Question by Tonia F: I have severe upper neck pain with a headache and nausea. What can I do to relive my symptoms?
It all started after I fell asleep in the car and kinked my neck. Now I can’t hold my neck up for more then 5 min with out getting a penalizing headache and getting sick to my stomach. If I’m still it will go away but comes back as soon as I start moving….help what can I do?
